First of all, congratulations on your pregnancy! The prospect of a newborn is both exciting and daunting. Especially when you have heard someone say, ‘enjoy your sleep while you can.’ But if you learn how to establish healthy sleep habits from the get go, it can make the months following the first few weeks a little easier – and set a great foundation for good sleep in later years.

Here’s what you can expect from me


A detailed, educational plan

which covers what to expect in the newborn stage of sleep and the theory behind it. The techniques in this plan will teach you how to help your baby form healthy sleep habits in the long term.


A private, 60 minute consultation

where we’ll discuss your baby’s sleep needs, sleep cycles and schedules. You’ll learn how to teach your little one the difference between day and night, and how to establish a good schedule of feeding and sleeping once the first few weeks have passed. This consultation is via video call unless otherwise agreed.


A copy of our sibling tips and hints

If this is not your first child we’ll also give you a copy of our sibling guide to help them with the early weeks of having a new younger sister or brother.

The cost for each antenatal package is £95. I am happy to discuss costs for travel to your home if requested. Please contact me for further details.

Learn now, sleep better later

We created the antenatal package to educate parents about newborn sleep early, so that they don’t need us to solve developed sleep issues later.

It isn’t intended to help newborns sleep through the night – many won’t be ready to do this until they are much older than 12 weeks and have progressed developmentally. What it will do is give you the tools to guide your newborn towards healthy sleep habits from a young age.
