Online Newborn sleep course

The Online Newborn Sleep Course has been created to help parents understand newborn sleep, in a way that I never did when I had my children

You’re counting down the weeks until you meet your baby. The nursery is coming together, you’ve been researching prams and car seats, and your hospital bag is almost packed.

But there is one thing that many parents tell us they don’t feel prepared for (even after antenatal courses)…. Newborn sleep.

You’ll probably have heard all sorts of advice already.

“Sleep when the baby sleeps.”

“Don’t let them nap too much in the day.”

“Make sure they know the difference between day and night.”

“My baby slept through from six weeks…”

It can feel overwhelming before your baby has even arrived.

The truth is, newborn sleep is unlike anything you’ve experienced before. Babies wake frequently, their sleep patterns are still developing, and every newborn is different.

The good news? When you understand why your baby sleeps the way they do, everything starts to make much more sense.

The Online Newborn Sleep Course has been created to help parents understand newborn sleep, in a way that I never did when I had my children.

It gives expecting parents realistic expectations, practical guidance and the confidence to navigate those precious first weeks.

For just £40, you will have access to 5 modules, downloadable information and an opportunity to help it all feel a bit less overwhelming.

Confidence starts with understanding and lets do this together.

Learn now, sleep better later

I created the Newborn Sleep Course to fill a gap that is in most antenatal courses.

Imagine bringing your baby home feeling prepared

Imagine knowing…

✔ Why your newborn wakes so often.

✔ How long they should realistically be awake.

✔ What their sleepy cues look like.

✔ How to help them settle calmly.

✔ What’s completely normal—and when something might need further advice.

Instead of constantly wondering if you’re getting it wrong, you’ll feel reassured that your baby’s sleep is developing exactly as it should.

That’s what this course is designed to give you.

Not perfection.

Not unrealistic expectations.

Just confidence.

It isn’t intended to help newborns sleep through the night – many won’t be ready to do this until they are much older than 12 weeks and have progressed developmentally. What it will do is give you the tools to guide your newborn towards healthy sleep habits from a young age.

Do your future self a favour and learn the nuances of newborn sleep before you face them. Find out more and buy here

I recommend completing the course during your second or third trimester, giving you plenty of time to absorb the information before your baby arrives. If your baby has already arrived, it is still useful up until 4 months.

Access is for a full year, allowing you to revisit the lessons whenever you need them.

It is useful for anyone welcoming a new baby to the family, whether you are a first time parent, or already have children and  would like to try and understand your new baby’s sleep a bit better.

No, however that’s because sleeping through the night isn’t a realistic expectation for most newborns.

Instead, this course helps you understand what is developmentally normal and teaches you how to support healthy sleep foundations from birth which will help them sleep for longer stretches when they are ready.

Yes. The course can be accessed on your phone, tablet or computer whenever it suits you.

There is plenty of free information online, however a lot of it is conflicting, outdated or taken out of context. Instead of spending hours searching Google or scrolling social media while second-guessing yourself, this course brings together trusted, evidence-based guidance in one place. You’ll know exactly what to expect, what’s normal, and how to support your baby’s sleep with confidence from day one.

As a baby sleep consultant, I have supported hundreds of families to get a better night sleep. This course can also be delivered on a 1:1 basis in my Newborn Sleep Package as well as lots of support after the 4 month stage. If you are interested in either of these, email me for more information.
