My sleep packages

-

Prepare for your newborn’s arrival by learning how to teach them healthy sleep habits from the start. While your first 12 weeks after birth are bound to be a big adjustment, the techniques you learn with me will help your child to form a healthy sleep pattern over time.

Aged 4 months to 2 ½ years

Putting your child down to sleep shouldn’t fill you with dread about the hours to come. Your physical, mental and emotional health is too important for you to simply cope with it. Reach out to me to find an evidence-based answer that is entirely bespoke to your child.

Aged 2 ½ years and up

There’s more at stake than sleep in a sleepless night. It’s tied up with your welfare, your families’ health and wellbeing and your child’s development and happiness. No matter how long the issues have lasted, you can wipe the slate clean with us and reclaim a rested and more relaxed life for your family.

For Schools

Better Sleep for Children

Our ‘Better Sleep for Children’ programme is delivered as a three-part programme, in conjunction with schools, supporting parents and teachers to establish healthy sleep habits for children aged 4-10 years old.

Seminars

Group and Online Seminars

Our online and group seminars are a great alternative if you feel you can support your childs sleep independently, or just want to feel more empowered about your child's sleep.

Not sure if a consultation is right for you?

If you’re not sure if a consultation is right for you, or if you have any questions at all about what’s included or how it works, I’d like to invite you to call me to have a free (and no obligation) chat about working together. Just get in touch. This will give us the chance to chat a little bit about your child’s unique situation, and decide together if a full consultation is the right solution for your family. I look forward to hearing from you soon and helping you solve your child’s sleep problems!

Frequently asked questions

Many babies, toddlers, and even older children need a little help learning to fall asleep and stay asleep independently. My support options look at everything – from awake windows and nap timings to bedtime routines and your child’s sleep environment – and support you step by step as your child develops healthy, consistent sleep habits.

I support families during pregnancy and from around 4 months up to 10 years old. Whether you’re struggling with bedtime battles, tricky naps, or early morning wake-ups, Little Dreams Consulting Bristol can help you find a sleep solution that works for your child’s age and stage.

Every child is different, but most families that work with me as their sleep consultant notice positive changes for little ones in a cot within just a few nights. For older children in a bed it can take a little longer which is why my bed support package is 3 weeks as opposed to 2. No matter the age of your child, the key is consistency – and I will guide you through every stage of the process so you feel confident and supported.

No, absolutely not. At Little Dreams Consulting Chelmsford and Colchester, I don’t believe in leaving babies to “cry it out.” While some protest is natural when changes are introduced, our approach is gentle, responsive, and rooted in sleep science and attachment research. I work closely with you to minimise the protest throughout. I also offer a free 15 minute call to help you understand how I support families and make sure I am the right sleep consultant for you and your family before you commit.

Yes – this is one of the most common reasons families contact me as a baby and child sleep consultant. Together we’ll gently reduce your baby’s reliance on feeding or cuddling to sleep, helping them feel comfortable falling asleep independently. You’ll still be offering comfort and reassurance throughout the process. If you are breastfeeding, there is no need to stop as part of sleep training as we ensure your plan is written to protect your feeding journey.

Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual sleep consultations in Chelmsford, Colchester and across Essex. Many families love the convenience of online consultations, but if you’re local to Essex, I can also discuss in-person visits to support you at home.

I have supported families across Essex, including Billericay, Brentwood, Chelmsford, Colchester, Maldon, Braintree, Mersea, Clacton and many more.

We’re proud to be the only UK sleep consultant training provider accredited by the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants (APSC) – meaning our approach meets the highest global standards.
At Little Dreams Consulting, our methods are evidence-based, gentle, and tailored to your family. You’ll receive expert one-to-one support from a fully qualified, highly experienced consultant.

Of course! Whether your little one is 6 months or 4 years old – or you’ve tried other approaches before – I will create a bespoke, gentle plan based on your child’s needs. Check out families experiences with my services  and see how we can work together to transform your families sleep.

The first step is to book in a free phone call. This is an opportunity for me to find out more about your child’s sleep and also explain how I can help. Once you have decided to improve everyone’s sleep, the support can usually start within 1-2 weeks.
