Online seminars are a great alternative to a personalised plan if you feel confident to support your little ones sleep independently.

They are designed to give you all the information you need to feel informed about your little ones sleep, as well as some practical techniques to use if you are finding their sleep unsustainable and last between 90-120 minutes.

In all of my seminars, you can expect to learn about:

• The importance of sleep.

• How much sleep should you, and your child should be getting.

• How can you structure your child’s sleep in a way that works for their age.

• Top tips for getting your child to get better quality, longer and more restful sleep.

• How to implement a great routine.

• Practical steps to take if your little ones sleep is difficult at the moment, without resorting to the “cry it out” method.

Online Seminars

Delivered in small groups online, these seminars are a great way for you to feel informed about your child's sleep and empowered about how to make changes if you are ready.

The seminars happen throughout the year.

Group sessions

Are you part of a group of parents whose conversations regularly revolve around sleep? Perhaps an antenatal group, NCT, or school parents.

Would you love to have a session all around sleep - tailored to your little ones age? This might be just what you are looking for.

They can be delivered at someone's home , online or in a hired venue (additional costs may apply.)

In person sessions start at £35 per person (or couple), with a minimum group size of 4. Online costs begin at £25, with a minimum of 4.

I also offer seminars for parents which are tailored to your child's age (and what to expect in the future). These can be delivered online or in person (at your home) and begin at £95.
